These boys played so much baseball in the heat (no we didn't install a dirt baseball field - that's just our beautiful brown lawn!) they just had to cool off with a trampoline sprinkler session!

 

Jake's dream come true!

The boys wanted to tips on how to sharpen their football skills so they'd be ready in the fall.

Jake was all over it, and the 'Bolland Football Camp' was born!

The levels were too high to swim at all the normal beach spots, so we hit the pool for some cool

off time and got to practice our Tarzan skills!

 

Road trips

We've had our fair share of car time this summer...unfortunately that means drive-thru

meals here and there. King learned a life lesson on our last one. Stop eating when you are full, no matter

how good those McDonald's fries are tasting, poor buddy. Luckily he slept of the nausea

without having to use the puke bag.

Nana and G-Pa taught us a new card game on the houseboat and we can't get enough!

When you have a rock pit covered in spotty grass for a yard, you gotta get creative

for slip'n'slide adventures!

Grandma Camp

The most magical time of the year!

We have the world's best Grandma and Auntie Team that put on a huge production called 

'Grandma Camp.' This is the event our boys most look forward to every year!

Big thank you to all the Grandma's and Auntie's who make this such a special week

for all the wee ones, we are beyond blessed!!

The livin' is pretty easy on the river. We play lots of cards and go swimming with Nana, we play cornhole and go tubing with G-pa, and we do all the wild things in between with Uncle B and Colton. We could get used to this!

These 2 have been very into their fitness and health as of late. Doing all sorts of workouts

and consuming lots of 'protein shakes' (smoothies that they make for themselves) just like someone else around here!

We found out our best buddy from Hood River will be moving to Texas at the end of summer...

We are super bummed and plan to squeeze in as much time with him as possible!

King was at Drew's for a sleepover when Drew's dad sent this pic and said, "We signed King up for the ROTC program, I hope that's ok!' Jake and I got a pretty good kick out of it!!!

We were invited by one of the baseball moms to come to a picnic to celebrate the last day of school.

It was at a spot we hadn't been to before in White Salmon (and didn't know about) and it has places to fish, swim and explore. Plus it's only about 15 mins from our house! We will be spending lots of time here this summer!!
