3rd grade swim sessions

for the last 2 weeks, they've been walking from their school to the pool at 8:10
in the morning for their 8:30 swim lesson. I say BRRRR. But they've been having a blast.

Aksel & Barker's camping trip

Since their football game was an hour away, Aksel's family decided to
make a camping/fishing trip out of the weekend and invited Barker along.

So much fun!
Thank you Jonny, Mandi & Aksel for treating
Barker to such a great weekend!!!

team TOGETHER!

Barker's football coach makes working together a big part of practice and
game day. He has emphasized this from day 1, and does so in each sport he
coaches (we were lucky enough to have this coach for baseball too).
Here he has them all tied together with rope while the assistant coach
directs them which way to move. They quickly realize that it will only work if they
communicate and work TOGETHER. As he speeds up on switching direction,
they do pretty well...and then when 1 domino falls, they all fall!
