Now that the snow has melted, we can get back to one of

our most favorite places and rip!

I don't recognize these kiddos...

No hollering, kicking or punching?!?

(They actually do sit together and read quite often, on their

own accord. But when I catch them like this, in the moment,

my heart melts every time).

...pre-dinner snooze session with your brother in full sunlight.

Even knocks on the door from the neighbor kids couldn't wake these

two sleepy heads!

St. Patty's Day weekend trip at Cooper Spur

With Carter, Matt, Ettie, Courtney & Kyle.

We had thee best weekend. We skied at Meadows, (and

a few of us at Cooper Spur ski area), we played games, nerf bulleted the

enitre cabin and set up hot-wheels race tracks EVERYWHERE and did

just about everything in between!

Here we are putting the final touches on our Leprechaun trap!

We added Lucky Charms and made a poster with the deliciously 

smelly 'Mr. Sketch' markers that we knew they wouldn't be able to resist.

More Leprechaun traps!

Barker's 2nd grade class had a Leprechaun trap making 

party at school, and the parents were invited to

join in on the fun! They had a little under an hour to 

design and build a working trap.

Barker decided to use gold coins to lure the 

Leprechauns in and then fashioned a weighted bucket that

would pull the lid down once the Leprechauns hopped

inside. It was a awesome to see all the

kiddos hard at work. And they came up with

some amazing traps! Can't wait to see if we catch one!

Chameleon Eyes

We were doing arts and crafts, making a Leprechaun House

in preparation for St. Patrick's Day. In the midst of cutting up 

and hot gluing all our recycling, the boys got to

and egg crate and found themselves each a 

pair of chameleon eyes!

Their imaginations are truly the BEST!

Hearts for snack

Barker and his 'heart' tortilla he made for snack.

He's like, "Look Mom, I made a heart in my tortilla!

You love hearts, hurry take a picture!"

I love my heart tortilla boy.

So many friends!

 Max, Mila, Bodhi & Ash came over for a play date, 

and boy did we have fun!

Snacking, snuggling, Lego-ing, and jumping...

we did it all!!!
