Happy 5th Birthday Barker!
Barker loved his party so much last year, he wanted to
have the same one this year! So a-tumbling
we went...
Brody & Kingston incognito
Aspen standing on Kingston's head - they had
incredible balance (kidding, just an
optical illusion)
Rowan, Barker, & Aspen bouncing away
Gorgeous babes Emily & Lily
Rowan, Aspen, Eli, Barker & Quintin
Same kiddos different angle
Little bro with the assist
Snuggles for Mommy
Barker & Alana
Castle, Barker, Alana, Mylee & Alina
Such a fun time. Barker was over-the-moon with how
many people came to celebrate with him. I'm pretty sure
he felt very humbled by the end of the evening. We've
got some pretty amazing friends! Thank you, everyone,
for making his day special, memorable and filled with LOVE!

The Polar Express
This year has been the best year yet! We got to travel to the North Pole with our cousins and Aunties. Oh boy were we excited! We danced and sang and bounced and laughed and played and loved every minute of it!!

Zoo lights!
Oops, sorry no pictures of lights, may have been a tad preoccupied chasing 4 boys (5years and under) around in the dark at the zoo with around 43,301 other people. Give or take 7. Granted, there were 4 adults present, but those little legs can move fast, and their little bodies can fit between things far better! But once they were worn down a bit, they were oh so cute all tucked in and snuggled up together...

A little holiday clay sculpting
The boys had fun sculpting and then painting
over the last few days. They seem to
enjoy arts and crafts almost as much as Mommy!
(score)!
Here are the finished products. Barker's are on the left
and Kingston's on the right. They each made a
snowman with top hat, and the orange-brown blob is a
baby leopard (I am told). The other 2 questionable
figures are snakes...if they were a couple years older
I'd have to call their bluff on that one...
So for now, snakes it is. And those are their eyes.
I didn't know snakes had such large eyes.

Kingston IS a Who
After an incident with slippery pool surfaces
and a toddler who dismissed the 'no running'
warning, Kingston has become a Who.
Thankfully, though many tears and
only a little blood (so I am told) was shed,
he is just fine. No tooth or gum or nose damage,
just one honkin' big upper lip that is a terrible
purple color (see below - careful if you have a weak
stomach) on the inside. All in all, he has really taken the whole
'event' like a CHAMP!
(The night of, I snapped off a few pics when I got
home from work. His nose had taken on a whole new 'up-turn')
(The next morning he woke up in his normal
good mood)
(Mid-day, looking very tired. It was tough for him to eat.
I think he was a little low on energy)
(The dark, purple-ish areas are bruised tissue, but his
teeth and gums seem unaffected -phew!)
(One last pic before bed. The swelling had
gone down a little, but not much. Our
little tough monkey!)
